You request access
Submit a simple request form with your details. No automatic sign-ups — every account is reviewed individually.
Our team reviews your request
A member of our counselling team personally reviews each request to confirm identity and safeguarding suitability.
You receive verified access
Once approved, you'll receive a secure login. Your account is tailored to your role — child, young person, or parent.
